Above Aigle rise the 3000m-plus peaks of the Alpes Vaudoises, centred on a handful of attractive, small-scale resorts such as Villars and Les Diablerets that offer excellent skiing, stunning views and a cosy atmosphere well away from the clutter and bustle of the huge resorts further away in Valais.

Day 01 | Montreux & Villars

Arrival in Montreux - Excursion to the Rochers-de-Naye by rack-railway - Didactic walk on the balcony of Lake Geneva - Lunch at the “hostellerie de Caux” - Transfer back to Montreux - Transfer to Villars - Dinner at “La Renardière” in Villars - Overnight in Villars.

Day 02 | Villars & Les Diablerets

Breakfast - Accompanied didactic walk along the “Stone Trail” - Lunch in “Solalex” - Excursion to the glacier of Les Diablerets - Tranfer by cablecar to the Restaurant Botta for an aperitif - Dinner at “L’Auberge de la Poste” in Les Diablerets - Overnight in Villars.

Day 03 | Pays-d’Enhaut & Gruyères

Breakfast - Transfer to Château-d’Oex - Visit of the museum “Espace Ballon” - Visit of the Grand Chalet of Rossinière, home of the artist Balthus - Lunch at “Les Jardins de la Tour” - Individual visit of the medieval town of Gruyères and its castle - Transfer back to Montreux on a Belle-Epoque Train.
